Default Intake Air Temp Sensor

My check engine light has been on pretty much ever since I bought my truck. It's been many things but for the past few months I got codes for the EGR. Replaced the entire system, check engine light still on. Reason I said that is to explain why I haven't checked the light again. Yesterday I decided if the code(s) have changed. Only code that turned up was P0113 (Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input). I got a new K&N filter that replaced the whole air box along with the IAT sensor. Does anyone else know of a way to relocate this? It didn't come with a bracket or place to put it.

Did you buy the filter adapter plate with the K&N? My filter adapter on my 5.0 had a port for the sensor to fit into.
