i was wondering what kinda inline fuel pump can i run my 1996 ford f150 5.0 off of.

None - you can't add a fuel pump because it would prevent the fuel from flowing like it needs to. And it doesn't need one anyway - it has a fuel pump in each tank.

who said anithing about adding a fuel pump i said replace in tank with inline

The answer is still "none". There's a reason Ford put the pump in the tank - that's where it works best. And you still haven't explained what you're trying to accomplish.
