Default Inline Battery Fuse

Hooked up my battery to charger today and charger started tripping took it off put it back on charge for awhile and the key turns but all i hear is a rapid clicking noise....supposedly there is an inline battery fuse that may have been tripped and prevents it from starting cant seem to find it anyone know where its at? also its a 95 f150 5.0 thanks

Possibly the starter, but usually rapid clicking is dead battery, if the charger trips I would look for a short, and there is no inline fuse for the battery or starter, except for the key start wire from the switch.
