How many lb/hr are you looking to use? Stock 19 lb/hr or more?

Yes, if you're trying to upgrade your factory injectors, you're looking at 19lb injectors.

There are many, many options out there.

The #1 thing you should be after is to get an injector that has an upgraded design. By this I mean with the tip of the injector, instead of the old pintle design, you should be looking for ones with the holes in the tip of it. Many later Fords came with factory 19lb injectors with 4 holes in the tip of them. Examples of vehicles to find them on would be Explorers or Crown Vics.

Many aftermarket companies that sell basic stock replacement injectors have either the 4 hole design and in the instance of Delphi, their stock replacement injector is a 6 hole design.

There are many, many options. If you go with a used injector, I think it would be in your best interest to have them professionally cleaned before attempting to use them, though. There are places you can send them off to and have them cleaned for about $10-$15 apiece.

Just my .02.
