Well the Obama administration says you should fill your tires to the proper psi.

I'm at 20mpg now - up from 12-13mpg. Check out the K&N RF1012 air filter. You'll need to make a bracket, but I love mine.
This is what I've done and where I'm headed
1. Switched to 10w30 from 20w50
2. Motorcraft Oil Filter
3. New crankcase Breather
4. Aired the tires to 35psi
5. Motorcraft copper plugs at .44 gap
6. Got off the 75mph interstate onto 55mph roads
7. Seafoamed the intake
8. Cleaned out all the crap out of the bed of my truck

Some of this was done since my last fill up. Looking for possibly 21mpg on this tank. Find out Wednesday when I get off work and head home. I should run the front tank out of gas on that trip. I am going to get the MSD Streetfire Coil and regap the plugs to .50, Replace the muffler with a glasspack or more free flowing muffler and build a tonneau cover for the bed and swap to synthetic motor, trans and diff oils on my next oil change. I might swap to electric fans when the money is right. Praying to see 22 or 23mpg's.

I recently read the first paragraph on this link and think the coil by itself will benefit my mpg.
