Default ignition switch

when it is cold,at zero,my lock cylinder is very hard to turn.i have replaced it and squirted lube in it with no results. i have heard that the grease in the actual switch on the column could be the problem. ive had fords all my life with similar problems. any real solutions?

Try a little lube on the actual switch on the bottom of the column.
