Looks like you will need (at least) a replacement fender, right headlight assembly, the loser filler panel for the grille, the bumper either straightened and re-chromed or replaced, maybe an inner fender skirt, and whatever miscellaneous brackets and supports that are under all that twisted metal.

The right frame horn may be bent, you won't be able to tell for sure until the damaged parts are removed.

Don't try to open the passenger door until you can get the fender moved forward and off of the door.

As the owner of a body shop I worked at as a teenager once told me, "Anything can be fixed. It boils down to how much time and effort you want to give."
The OP said he lost all steering after the accident

that fender will need to be replaced. the hood doesn't appear to be bent over but the latch is probably broken

Once I got the hood popped, I had to unbolt the safety catch to get it open. In that picture the safety catch is removed and the hood is just resting there.

That truck should be repairable, My 89 looked a lot worse than that when it got hit head on by a lifted f250 going 50mph and it's almost done being repaired. Any frame damage can be repaired if you can find the right body shop. replacement body panels can be found for a decent price in a junk yard.
for the steering, look at the steering box itself. when my truck got hit the output shaft on the steering box twisted and cracked.
