Default I need some suggestions

So today I was changing my oil pressure switch out (unfortunately I haven't switched to an actual pressure sender yet) and I noticed this nice crack in the crossmember. I was supposed to be making a 200 mile trip in the near future to go to a desert race and then a nice 700 mile trip to get some long travel equipment installed. Now since the beams mount to this crossmember, I wasn't sure about just welding it back up because of the geometry changes. I was thinking about pulling the engine, but the way I have everything budgeted, suspension came first, next engine, then body, and finally trans and interior. This was the fastest way for me to get everything done. What would you all recommend doing?

I would try putting a floor jack under it and see if you can move it. If you can get it back in place weld it up.

Definitely not going to put the trust of the weight of my truck on what is essentially epoxy.
