Ok so I went to replace the auto hubs with warns today and we couldn't get the cap off. Ended up taking a grinder and cuttin a groove all the way around and broke it with a hammer. Then took an air chisel and broke the rest. Destroyed the rotar in the process. It will be tomorrow before I can get a replacement. How did you guys get them off? We only did one side today so I'm gonna try to save the other side. The pic is the cap I'm talkin about.

So I've run into another problem. I put the conversion kit on and when I was puttin the locking hub part in it wouldn't slide back far enough to get the big snap ring on. Please help. I've been without my truck for 2 days.

the big snap ring that is almost like a piece of wire, or the snap ring on the axle? Its a tight fit for the big one, but everything should go together. If its the one on the axle, you just need to push out on the u-joint right there on the inside of the wheel and it will easily push out. Dont think that will do anything with the other one though. How much is it off? Let me think, its been a little bit since I had mine apart.

Then one that looks like a price of wire. It only need like an 1/8th of an inch if that much. I bought my warn hubs from napa. When i put them side by side with my old automatics the autos are a little shorter.

I didnt read back through everything, but if I remember right you had to get the adapter kit right? I didnt have to do that with mine, so not exactly the same....are you sure you got everything out from in there that needs to come out? It should slide right in. Does it seem to be bottoming out inside there or like its hanging up on something else?
