Hub removal help needed

Default Hub removal help needed
Cant seem t get the center piece that the arrow is pointing to out and the hanes manual says its should just pull out.

If the arrow is pointing at the lockout hub , remove the circlip on the spindle 1st

also make sure the snap ring on wheel hub is out
