How to replace thermostat
I forgot to replace my thermostat when I replaced my radiator, so I'll need to drain my radiator fluid and then do I follow the main rad hose to the pump? And it should be in there ?
Hmm can't get the pic to load

Ehhh, no.
Do not need to drain the entire system to change the thermostat, only enough to get the coolant level lower than the thermostat level - shouldn't be more than a couple quarts, at most.
The thermostat will be in the thermostat housing located where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine.
Suggest to use a quality thermostat of the OEM-specified temperature (195 degF) - not the parts store house brand. Don't forget a fresh gasket too.
Further suggest to lay hands on a shop manual. As you seem inclined to do-it-yourself - while many things, such as this thermostat replacement, are intuitive - there are many other diagrams and tricks-of-the-trade available in a good manual - saving a lot of speculation along with clear steps on how-to.
