how could you make a A0D transmission shift better like it has a shift kit or have a musle shifts?

 

The best and safest way is to put a shift kit in it.

 

All a shift kit is, is heavier springs in the valve body. You can buy an aftermarket kit, or find springs yourself, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you know the tensile strength you want in the springs. Look up a company called transgo. They sell kits for around 60 bucks.
