how do u install high intensity light bulbs

i was thinkin bout installing high intensity headlight bulbs on my 90 f150 any1 kno of any kits out there to be able to do this

Ebay is about it that I've seen em.....LMC's heavy duty harness works pretty good as well. I've got that with the silverstar superwhite bulbs...bright as hell.
