How do i remove the headlight surround??

How do i remove the headlight surround??
I have a 94' f150 XL 2wd 4.9 I6 300
I need to touch up my headlight surround and cant figure out how to take it off. i know the 2 screws on top come out and the turn signal light is, or looks to be, attached but have no idea how to get the bottom undone.....
Any help??

if i remember right you have to take the painted lower cowl off, their ar screws under it, and i think you have to remove the bumper to get that off. the bumpers are on with 4 screwsand are disgustingly light
