Default Hesitation, spitting and sputtering

I have a 95 f150 and cant figure out why my truck is hesitating and losing power when i accelerate. Timing is at 10 btdc, put in new clutch and pressure plate along with slave cylinder ive cleaned every part top to bottom twice and cant figure it out. New m.a.p, nee idle control, throttle positions wires spark plugs coil distributor and it still acts like its choking or somthing please any advice would be appreciated thanks.

1995 f150 xl 4x4 straight 6 300 c.i 5 speed manual transmission

"New" parts are not always GOOD parts. For each one, list its brand, PN, & source. Also: what diagnostic test did the previous one fail, and did the new one pass the same test (for EACH part)?

"Acts like its choking or somthing" tells us nothing. You have to clearly describe exactly what you observe - NOT what you think it might be, or what you think it's like.
