Default hesitation and jumping

I have a 1995 f150 with the I6 and a manual transmission. When the clutch is pushed in the truck runs smooth but when I am driving and giving it gas it hesitates and has lots of throttle blipping like it isn't getting enough gas. I am thinking the fuel pump is going out but am not sure. It runs pretty strong... doesn't usually do this until I get to 3rd or 4th gear..and doesn't do it all the time. It is progressively getting worse. Any ideas about whats going on? Thanks in advance.

If it sounds like your not getting enough gas use Seafoam in your tank and it'll clean the injectors this might help and its cheap to do and maybe it will work if not it could be the pump my grandpas truck was doing the same thing and he has to replace the fuel pump but try Seafoam first

Fuel filter possibly? Does it do it with both tanks?

Front tank used to do it...then it stopped pumping gas at all..thats why I think its the fuel pump. Basically the same thing happened. I will put some seafoam (or the like) in it and hope it helps...working 75 hours a week and living in a apartment with little tools makes it hard to drop the tanks (or lift the bed).

Are there any codes? Is your truck mass air? It may be a long shot, but if mass air, my Ranger did the same thing, it turned out to be the mass air sensor was bad.
