I own a 1992 f150 300 v6 2wd 5speed,I have never lifted a truck just need pointed in the right direction. i want to do 1inch lift blocks in the rear and 2inch coil spacers up front will that give the truck a leveld appearance or do i need to go a diffrent route?to lift the truck?

get a front end alignment,
and dont do rear blocks spend 50 bucks and get add-a-leafs they make 1.5 inch leafs.

other than that your good.

and by the way the 300 4.9l is a I6(strait six)
