Default HELP rough running and driving

Just got my 95 f150 4.9 running after haveing whole **** show with it striped out my timeing gears and replaced them. I thought I had an electrical issues because it wouldn’t start so I went over my drivers side harness but everything looked on I figured out that my distubtor wasn’t plugged in my stupidity. Got it running but it almost sounds like it’s running on 2 cylinders it sounded like a helicopter while driveing and it is misfiring badly I cleaned and replaced my control valve on top of my throttle body but that didn’t work just wondering if anyone had the same issue and if so how did you resolve it ( its timed in with a gun)

Offhand, and understanding the pain in the keister, would double-check the crank / cam timing marks of the gears. Assuming the SPOUT plug was pulled when setting / checking the ignition timing...
