Default help please

hey their im trying to get more horsepower out of my truck and i was wondering if a gt40 upper and lower intake will fit and work in my truck i have efi 302 in their and also my truck is shifting to early from second to third now ive heard that if i turn my throttle position sensor clockwise it will change the shift timing is that true

The throttle position sensor is for your fuel trim and shouldn't be adjusted. It will just mess up the computer.
