Default HELP! odd stereo harness

Well here is the problem, I just bought a 94 XLT(new to everything about this truck) and My wiring harness for the stereo doesn't seem to exist so I cant find a plug and play adapter(one from walmart for 73-03 fords doesn't work).

The harness has a tag with F4TF-14588-AB printed on it but if you type that into Google NOTHING for my truck appears so any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Also the attached pictures are the ONLY 2 plugs(minus antenna cable) that were in the back of the factory cassette/radio unit that were in the truck.

I'd go with Crutchfield if I were you. They will have what you need as far as adapters and will usually include the necessary adapter with your purchase.
