Take the hose off and plug one end with a broken golf tee and sucked on the other end. Is it leaking? Is the hose plunged?

Replacing parts don't fix a bad wire going to the elect component.

Your refferring to the hose from the solenoid to the egr valve correct?

Your to the point you need a multimeter and a vac pump. Your the one with the new egr right? Sorry I got another thread going on and can't. Remember who's done what. Check the other thread I'm on, he has or working on a egr problem to.Lets clear the computer and repull codes.

We need to test the svp on the egr. Or the wires going to the svp.

I did install a new egr valve, solenoid, and evp. What is the svp?

Your at 22 on engine vac,that stuff is new,still has a miss. Look and see if the tube off the egr is cracked some where. If you don`t have a multimeter wiggle the wires as far back as u can off the evp. Look at the wires as you go and look for any shorts.
