Default HELP Lowering Shackles

Hey guys i just picked up a set of lowering shackles for orielly's and I was taking the factory shackles out everything was going good until I got to the top bolt on the drivers side. the bolt was put in backwards I am assuming and I can't get it out it is hitting the frame rail. Please help I have the passenger side done but I need to get this finished

I just jacked the rear end up as high as I could get it to and the top bolt is hitting the bed rail right at the frame rail any suggestions.

on my truck when i put in new shackles i ground everything out with a grinder. if you grind the bolt down it won't be as long and maybe you can sneak it out then.

Just bust it out and replace it.

I'd pull the bolt out of the front spring mount and pull the leaf pack out or just jack that side of the truck up until it clears enough to get the bolt out.

I ended up cutting the head off the bolt and pulling it out the other end. then replaced it with some grade 8 bolts. But the shackles I bought wouldn't fit so 6 hours down the drain and the truck still sits like crap.

Why wouldn't the shackles fit?

wouldn't fit into the lower shackle mount. too wide and also too tall for the over all. They were hitting the underside of the bed
