Default help with hubs!

I am currently taking apart my hubs and am stuck and I lost my chilton... Right now that inside ring is just sliding back and forth but is not coming out.

I already pulled that front snap ring and am wondering what is holding me up?
Thanks!

You still haven't pulled the locking ring that holds the hub
