Pulled two codes today from the truck, 32 and 41. 32 can mean many things apparently such as

32
(R)
EVP – EGR not responding properly during test – EVP

(O,R,M)
EVR – EVP signal is/was low – EVR

(R,M)
PFE – PFE shows low pressure, EGR not seating or memory, not seating intermittently – PFE

I cleaned out my EGR valve but maybe it's still clogged?
Also the 41 code is

41
(R)
System lean – Fuel control

Which I'm guessing the truck running lean could be clogged fuel filter or due to the vacuum leaks the truck has? Any help diagnosing the codes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

All of these lead back to the EGR or EVAP system malfunctioning. Test the system for vacuum leaks, electrical connections and sensors, solenoid function and vacuum actuator function. You will need a vacuum gauge, pump and a voltmeter. If it's stuck it can cause a lean condition and cause knock and ping from detonation. If that's the issue fix it before you continue driving. Detonation can destroy the engine.
