Question Help with engine codes

Hello i have a 95 ford E150 conversion van 302, I had a code 53 , then 63 so I replaced the throttle positioning sensor, ignition coil, maf sensor purge valve ignition control valve, now getting single flashes from check engine light, then two blinks, then 3 my van runs great but when the check engine lights on it runs ok with a little vibration, then will randomly cut off and wont crank, maybe in 5 to 10 mins, checked fuel pressure when it won't crank it has a lot of pressure, then it will crank like nothing was wrong it started this two weeks ago

I'm not sure on vans, but I thought 95's were 3 digit codes. anyway, 1-1 or 1-1-1 are both system pass codes. So I wouldn't know where to start at this point, other than to maybe check your vacuum line on the regulator for a fuel smell. If the regulator leaks fuel down the vacuum line, it can load up the cylinders and hydrolock it so it won't crank. That's one possibility.
When you say the fuel rail had lots of pressure, was that with a gauge ? What was the pressure ?
