Default Help with a 96

My buddy has a 96 F150 with the 300. He has a problem with it. When he drives it normally it is fine, but when he gets on it, it kind of shutters and bogs down. Any ideals?

any thing from the fuel pump to the ignition system.

i would start with a full tune up, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, maybe even splurge for a new coil, also replace the fuel filter, and invest in a fuel pressure gauge, that will tell you what psi your running

check vacuum lines for leaks too,

He already changed the wires and plugs. Think the fuel pump was changed before he got it. Not sure about the coils.

man these fuel systems are the biggest problem with these trucks. just cause it's new dont mean it aint goin bad. id check the pressure, cause thats what mine did when my pump started tryin to go. fordtrucknut's signature says it all.
