1994, 302, automatic, warn locking hubs, 4 wheel drive on floor

will go into 4 lo, when pushed all the way forward supposed to be 2 hi, but 4x4 lights up on dash, it will drive like this, also when pulled backed for 4 hi, nothing happens truck wont move engine just revs, so i am not sure what is going on, has always worked ok in the past

 

There's a switch on the transfer case that tells that light what to do.
