Default Help!

Got a 95 4.9l 5 speed that cuts out real bad when your trying to pull out. Its like the moment you let off the clutch it wants to start cutting out or hesitating. Its got a brand new clutch in it, I just did a full tune up, plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button, coil, and fuel filter. Its not throwing any codes. Also put a new throttle body gasket on it. The truck starts right up, and idles real good, and after you get pulled out the truck runs out great, no hesitation or spitting and sputtering what so ever. Just when your trying to pull out. I checked the fuel pressure and it reads 45lbs with engine off and 45lbs while the engine is running. This is such a solid truck with a great sounding motor. I am stumped as to what to do next.

45 lbs is good for KOEO or with the throttle open. That should drop to at least 40 at idle.
If it's still at 45 at idle, there's a problem with the fuel pressure regulator.
I'm not sure that would cause your problem, but maybe something there.
