My truck idles high and idles low and then acts like it wants to die, it acts like its not getting fuel, and sometimes like it is getting too much, it will act this way at any speed and in park. When I turn the truck off and just have the key half way I can hear the fuel pump turning on and off on and off continually....
Acts this way on both tanks. Can anyone help?

Error codes might help. Check for the obvious, Vac leaks or leaks around the air intake manifold.
