Welcome to the board.

You can try looking here: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/Pro...e=2084&PTSet=A

Those are for the 351W, but I am sure they will have something for the 302.
I am sure other auto parts stores will have something similar, just look around.

Thanks man. I've allready checked parts places like that. Im staying clear of dealerships unless its my only choice because of price. I've herd ford will get at least 3 bills for one. Advanced,Auto Zone,NAPA, etc...... say they can't get'em they say. I'll keep checking tho.

You'll probably pay at least that anywhere for a new one. You'll save a ton of money by cleaning up a good used one.

Thats what i was trying to do by taking mine off and cleaning it. It cleaned up very nice w/TB cleaner and a tooth brush. After cleaning i realise the the shaft is worn out or seems to be. Its sticking just as you crack the throttle. Not on acceleration but on return. I've herd this is common on one of this age. I've also herd of people adding a spring but i don't really want to do that.

Hey guys, I found one at Summit by BBK. It's a 56mm and i micked the stock TB and it's close to the same. The BBK is 349.99 w/new gasket and my new TPS and IACM will transfer over.
Im gona try to adjust my TPS and make sure its in its perameters before buying one but if i get one im gona go w/the BBK.
FYI, This TB was discontinued by Ford December,23rd 2008. They say they can still be found. Retail around 500.00 but said they would sell me one for 300.00 if they could find it.
Thanks for the replies guys. Here is the Summit link.
