No it doesn't control your lights, could be bad bulbs, grounds, switch etc. Check with a test light.

The batch wiring should look like this so id test these wires.

 

Thanks what does it mean if I am not getting power to injectors 2,4,6? Bad computer? And if so how do u check the computer?

 

I would check either the White or Tan Wire from the computer because they all see to bunch back at the same place with the red wires. Id just find out if there is current, but i suppose the only way to test that would be to have the engine running but very well could be a bad computer or corrosion in the harness, so check that first.
