Today my 92 f150 4.9 dd something outta the ordinary. She don't like to b in overdrive unless its goin over 55mph due to a shift sensor bein bad so I always just turn off the overdrive with the button on the gear shifter on the column. Well when she stayed did the today the battery gauge went an laid over an stopped workin and fuel gauge, which didn't work, went from E to past F and the check engine light went off. I disconnected the battery fir bout an hour and gad to jump it off when I hope led it back up. I don't know where to start to fix her. I know the sensors need to b changed but she has ran fine until now. Let me know what y'all think what should I look at. I can do all the work myself but im not to good at trouble shooting electrical and that's what I think is causing this.

 

Did you read the codes before you disconnected the battery?
