Did we mention to make sure the heater hoses are both hot to the touch and full of coolant. They can be hot from air but have to have coolant in them or the heat transfer is lost very quickly.

There is coolant in both heater hoses I think its going to be the blend door I removed the actuator an it moves when I move it from hot and cold so I'm going to have to cut the bottom open an fix it that way but I don't know if autozone or O'reilly sales the blend door or if I'll have to buy it from ford

Check out heatertreater.net, this might just help save a bunch of work.

Very logical. My 1994 has the reverse problem. ONly blows cold or slightly warm air when turned from cold to warm. Checked the hoses to/from heater core-plenty warm. Checked heater core...plenty warm. Checked blend door...works perfectly. Checked diverter door that trans. flow from floor to defrost vents...perfect. Must be another door to divert air??? This has me confused. Any suggestions would be appreciated. BTW the air will freeze you out!
