heres what happened. my headlights had no problem, then i got in one time and they were off. pulled the fuse, and put it back in and vwalla, they worked again. about an hour or two after that they would not come on. im getting 12.34 volts with the truck off and the switch on at the fuse, but am getting nothing at the headlight socket. the haynes manual didnt really tell me too much on the setup of everything. i replaced the headlight switch HOPING that would fix it, but still, same thing. anybody have any ideas?

 

Try the headlight relay.
