Default Headlight Issues

Hello, today i jumped in my 93 f-150. It has a IL-300 and a standard cab if it matters. Anyhow, i pulled the headlight switch and just my running lights came on. The the thing is is that the "Brights" light on the dash is illuminated no matter weather i pull the blinker switch back or forth to turn brights on and off. I checked all of the fuses in the fuse box and under the dash and they are are all ok, and both headlights have good filaments. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

check your relays and replace all you lighting fuses. my dad had one blow but didnt look blown in my dads 90 town car, or it may be your head light switch or turnsignal switch. any problems with your turn signals or 4-ways?

im having problems to no low or high beam lights at all, just parking lights, turn signals, and hazards work. the switch your talking about troubleshooting is that in the steering wheel, or the main head light switch?
