Default Header question for '90 302

Okay, so I'm looking to replace my stock manifolds with headers, but the $150 flow tech headers for my truck (2wd, xcab, 302) won't work with my manual floor shift according to Summit's web site.

My question is, is there a difference between auto headers and those for a 5.0 with a 5 spd? I can't think why they would be different if they are both for a 2wd.

They'll fit several people have them already equipped, when I was test fitting mine before I changed my mind I didn't find an issue with clearance.

Thanks! Got a pair on order. Heads up to everybody thinking about headers--Summit has them on sale right now for $119.95 right now, usually $149.95. Also ordered a set of plug wire/boot heat shields.
