Default Head Removal?

Im taking the head off to fix the head or the gasket and the Haynes manual says remove all acessories that are attached to the head. All data says to remove the condensor and compresor. Remove throttle body inlet tubes and air conditioning compressor and condenser. Is this really necessary? Or can I detach the powersteering pump/ condensor/ compresor as a whole and leave one bolt in and swing it to the side out of the way for removing the head. Its a 89 4.9l. Or do I have to remove the condensor and compressor?

you can just take the bolts off on the head and let it switng out of the way...for myself I chose the option that requires the least amount of bolts and or work to be done...

I usually attack all the big stuff first like Intake and exhaust so I can unhook all the trinket stuff and then the accessories from there...then I remove the valve cover and get the impact and zip out the head bolts...

Thanks I just took all the bolts out except for one on the bottom of the bracket and let it swung to the left enough for clearance
