Default having timing trouble

I Have a 90 5.0 Just Replaced Head Gaskets, Coolant Temp Sender, Cap And Button, Wires, Plugs, Coil, IAC, Tps, Thermostat, All Hoses, Etc. I Cannot Get It To Time. Idle Is Rough And Will Quit After Start Up. Unplugged Electric From Map And It Helped A Little. Still Will Barely Idle Then Die. Will Not Start Unless You Give It A Little Gas. Any Ideas? Thanks.

Did you pull the SPOUT connector plug when timing?
Have you verified the timing is off, and not some other issue?
Was the timing chain affected during your work?
