It's your battery, either weak cell or not charging. It's also possible if the starter bushings are worn the armature is loading a bit causing more draw from the battery, but when it's cold armature works normal.

You can check for bad cells, by reading w/ probe tips between cells. A "0" reading is a pooched cell.
