I have a 1994 E4OD Trans and it shifts hard and late. Im not sure what else to do to fix it and need help and other ideas. Last resort is pulling the trans and replacing it with a spare.

What I have done already
-Checked Fluid (its great and not burning)
-Emptied a qt of Trans fluid out and put a bottle of Lucas in. (nothing)
-Checked VSS / ABS sensor and the spedo is not jumping
- OD light is not flashing
-Read the OBD codes only thing that popped up was the HEGO sensor says its running a bit lean
-Cleared the codes
-Replaced TPS Sensor
-Replaced MLPS Sensor
-Checked the wires on passenger side that connects to the Solenoid

If you have any ideas please help!!

 

My 95 f150 was doing the same thing not to long ago, Changed the differential fluid in the rear,Dropped the pan for the transmission fluid underneath and drained the torque converter, put in fresh oil and some treatment truck shifts like butter now
