I have a single gun rack behind the seat in my regular cab. I tried to come up with a good spot in my ext cab, but never did. Usually wound up just putting the long guns in the back floorboard. I considered a 2 gun rack that hangs from the rear of the front seats, but that blocked me from laying the front seat back of the 60/40 split forward with guns in the rack. That might be an option with a solid bench. I also looked at some overhead racks, but I never spent the money or liked that idea much. I think the regular cab actually holds the advantage for a gun rack.
