guages
You can get a pillar-pod to mount the gauges in, or mount them under the dash.
I'm not familiar with the volt-meter, but I would assume it just wires into the battery. The temp gauge should be easy to do though. There should be a plug with an allen screw hole in it screwed into your thermostat housing and you can put the temp sender in there. I would personally add a real oil-pressure gauge too, because the one in the dash is just an idiot light (I think, I know it is on the 92-96 models. I'm pretty sure its the same on the 87-91's too.) and you just need a 1/4in round 4in brass tube and 1/4in T-fitting with NPT threads from the home improvement store to put both senders on.

Voltage wires to any wire that is hot with ignition on. Temp gauge in the thermo housing. Your's may or may not have a plug which can be removed in which case it will have to be drilled and tapped. Make sure the bar on the back side of the thermostat is installed in a vertical position or you could interfere with thermo opening with the gauge probe.
this is all great info and stuff i can do thanks again. My oil guage is ok voltmeter is shot and temp is poop to. Keep sendin info if you got it. and pillar mount sounds cool. let see what i can get done today.
