is it a ground
1 st does any use Marvel mystery oil ? your thoughts .
I did some major work about six months ago . I need to make sure the engine is properly grounded to the frame . I recall I had moved the tranny lines over from the rt. side of the engine by removing the ribbon type bracket that was bolted to the engine just above the oil pan . these line run from the radiator along the rt side and I believe t the tranny . my question is does anyone know if this bracket is a ground . i missed putting it back and thought it to be only there to support the lines . also where else should i look for engine ground .

Marvel is a good cutting and honing oil. As far as the ground issue, what is your truck doing or are putting it back together after major surgery. If you are putting it back together put the ground where they are easy to get to and have a good connection between the block and frame. I personally would not ground with same bolt that held other lines or cables as it could short out there.
