The emblem is in the shape of a super man logo. He cute the logi out in the plexi and mesh and hinged itz after hinging it he put a spring on it prolly so it would stay put. Its like a little door ya know?

Seems like you've learned a lot Jonah...ERM taught u well, Yoda did Ehm. ok that was a yoda impressination lol.

The emblem is on a hinge, glued on. And the spring is attached to the hinge on the emblem side and goes thru the allen bolt on the grill side. The mesh is the 3d mesh on ebay, all the center peices are plexi, clear plexi w/ the back side painted, And all the allen bolts, washers and nuts are stainless. It's not cheap but if you have the will and determination you can do it. Just take your time and plan it out.

You've ask for more pics in pm, i replied but I'll give info out here for anyone that is curious also. Jonah has a girll thread, there are pics in it of the grill. If anyone want specific pics I don't have online just ask and I'll get them up.

correct. If you get clear plexi...scuff it up...spray some adhesion promotor, i use bulldog...then paint it black. when you flip it over it'll be shiny like it was cleared and rock chips won't knock the paint off.

Thanks for the compliments, I doubt I'll be going into business for making grills though.
