I am looking at getting a chrome grill off a xlt for my truck, and was wondering how difficult it is to remove the grill and the pieces that surround the headlights. anyone have experience? thanks

Just did it. The grill has 4 or so screws on the top that you need to remove. There is one screw just under the ford emblem and you need to remove that too. Once done, just pull hard up and out and bingo! The light frames are a lil harder. You need to remove the two screw on top of each and then on the inside of the motor bay there are two access holes on each and you need a ratchet I think 7/16 and unbolt each (2 bolts on each light). Once that's done they should pull right off along with the blinkers and corners. You can then figure it out from there, pretty easy.
