Yup got a 87 bronco, $1800, 5.8 with a carb, minor rust, pretty good deal I think, obviously needs a bit of work like the back window won't work, one fender is kinda rough, exhaust needs work, also I don't think the transmission shifts into overdrive because it runs at around 3000 rpm on the highway. I think I could be the computer mabey, but that's really it

Thanks guys! My neighbor says nice buy too lol and I'm proabably gonna swap the broncos 351 carb with the 302 efi from the 89 truck, but I don't know the advantages or disadvantages of this, besides the better economy and obviously the 5.8 power vs the 5.0. I also knoticed the truck seems faster than the bronco, why is this? For sure- bigger tires, mabey 4" lift, little brush guard and fog lights.

So i figured out i have a c6 transmission with 3 speeds lol. Its just weird not having the overdrive and running higher rpms, i'm not used to it.

 

hahaha yea idk whats up with that? the f250 badges have the rivet things so not sure they're added, i'm thinking it has f250 fenders, but the paint all matches up and it really doesn't look repainted!

 

And a carb too. Wish I had a carb.
