Default Good fan to replace stock?

I have a 1992 F150 with a 5.0l, when idling the A/C barely blows cold. I believe the fan clutch is shot. I have since ordered a new one, but now taking it apart I noticed the fan is only a 5 blade so would getting a new fan help with the rpm pulling of air?

Thanks

R-134A is not as efficient as R-12. Since the retrofit, the AC system will not work as well, especially at a standstill. To compensate, R-134A systems have larger condensers and evaporators with a higher head pressure.
