Default A good engine rebuild kit

Anyone used flatlander racing engine rebuild kit. The seem reasonably priced. I would like to add a little growl to the F150 but only if it adds MPG's as well. I only want to do this once. Any suggestions?

check out PAW for rebuild kits. www.pawinc.com

they are a great company been around along time too.

as far as a gasket kit, i'd go with feldpro rubber gaskets on everyting that i could.

SCRATCH THAT they only sell hemi parts now wtf is up with that?
