Any gear to gear timing for a 95 F-150 302? THe noisier the better

it replaces timing belts/chains with gears b/c gears gon't stretch

None that I am aware of - but, I by no means even suggest to claim to know-it-all.

Just thinking out loud a bit - it would seem that such a set-up would require an intermediate gear or a specially reground camshaft to work.

With a timing chain / belt setup, both the crank and the cam rotate in the same direction. With a gear-to-gear setup, they would turn opposite each other without some other considerations??????
