Default full throttle choking

Okay I've searched and searched on here and can't find any info for my problem. Truck idles decent but as soon as I give it throttle it begins to miss and when I give it full throttle it chokes out and stays at 1000rpms. Yesterday on my way home I couldn't get over 45mph and when I got home my muffler which is last component of exhaust system was cherry red, but only half of it was the other half was normal. Nothing else on exhaust was cherry red except half of the muffler. I cut muffler off thinking it was clogged and it wasn't. Not sure whats going on but anyond with similar situation or have had same situation and could givd advice would be helpful.

Choking or starving for fuel ?
Worth checking the fuel pressure and testing the TPS.
Not sure that that would make your exhaust that hot, but if it's doing a real lean burn due to low pressure, I doubt that would do the engine any good.
Also as an aside, is the air tube from the thermactor pump still hooked up to the cats ?

It is but I bypassed air pump after issues began. I just checked codes today and recieved
122 (throttle position sensor below minimum voltage)
128 (manifold absolute pressure sensor failure/vacuum hose disconnected or damaged)
327 (egr valve position circuit below minimum voltage)

Is there something that would create low voltage on these components? I've went to over 4 mechanics and nobody can figure out what is causing issues.

Pulled the exhaust apart from the manifolds and I have throttle response and no hesitation. I assume my catalytic converter is clogged even though the muffler shop told me three separate times that nothing was wrong with my exhaust system.
